      Pros

      - Great people and a fun work environment - Management is down to earth and truly seems to care about their employee’s success. - Promotions come quick to those who work hard. - Great work location and beautiful office space Overall I have a great experience at RoadRunner. I feel lucky to work with the people I work with and for a company that has Green Initiative that it works hard to uphold.

      Cons

      - Sales Job’s can always be frustrating and the sales team has a lot on their plate. A solid lead generator would help a lot and free up the sales team from some of the daily mundane tasks. - Parking downtown can be a pain however the company is working on commuter plan that should help alleviate that problem.

      Green Mission Statement Good entry level position for recent college grads

      Cons

      Upper management lacks experience and diversity to properly grow the company. The people in those current roles were hired based on nepotism. The current directors lack the experience in setting up systems to grow the department which leads to daily chaos. They continue to loose new accounts within the first 60 days due to billing or operational errors which results in lost commissions for the sales team Feedback is inconsistent if any is given. Operations is extremely unorganized based on inexperienced management. Roles are not clearly defined. Expect to check emails and handle emergencies on your schedudled days off including weekends.
