      Fast paced--must learn quickly

      Pros

      I was a receptionist for Robert Half (NOT as a temp, or through OfficeTeam). I enjoyed the friendly work environment and quick pace of the work. I also appreciated the large company's resources (after working exclusively for small businesses).

      Cons

      The company will cut positions where needed, which is what ended up happening to myself and another receptionist. It was nothing negative, but I suspect that in order to make it in a higher position (such as recruiter), one must adapt quickly or get cut.

      Pros

      Very much liked the team I worked with Can make a great salary

      Cons

      All VP's have been working at RHI for years and stick together no matter what. Sales tracker appears to have many loop holes that your super clever VP will slide right through so you don't get the commission that you worked hard for. On top of the bad management, the micro-management is exhausting. RH hires you telling you that they like people with Entrepreneurial spirits and yet they choose to squash their spirits with the mircomanagement. Another factor, enough with the conference calls & endless meetings to "report" the numbers. Are you kidding ? RH preaches about being on the phone but that's virtually impossible with the endless "non-motivating" meetings. I finally left because the mental harrassment our latest VP dished out on the staff was enough.
