      Pros

      Great brand recognition. Training is second to none - they successfully train accountants, techies and lawyers to sell. Opportunities to advance. Great way to stay connected within your market and be exposed to new industries.

      Cons

      High expectations to perform & deliver. Work load can be intense. Turnover is high and can be a demotivating factor at times.

      Pros

      Robert Half is very well known company and is best in the industry. RHI has an excellent training and provides you with all the tools you need to start an excellent career. I also really enjoyed the variety of the position. They worked on rotating schedule which consisted of sales, recruiting, and desk. The position is very sales oriented so you have to enjoy being on the phone and making customer visits. They also are generous with paid time off and have above average health benefits.

      Cons

      They have an extremely high turnover rate. It is scary. The fear of losing your job is always present, even if you have been there for a decent amount of time. You definitely feel like you are working for a corporation and you are just a number. They also are very big on activity. They put a huge emphasis on hitting you weekly goals and does not go unnoticed.

      Good starting salary-before you are required to go on a draw, decent benefits package.

      Cons

      If you went to college to be a telemarketer or enjoy constant turnover this job is for. They treat both their internal and freelance employees like nothing but a number. Clients: Your billing rates are 50-60% higher than the talent you are paying for.
