Pros

A great company for those want to make a difference. People who get results get rewarded. The benefits are the best of any company I know of.

Cons

Not for those who want to just go along with average to below average work. That's not the philosophy there.

Pros

Excellent company with a strong global presence in the semiconductor industry. Great culture for people who are hungry to make an impact and willing to assert themselves with initiative and creativity. Extremely competitive benefits and facilities, comfortable work atmosphere and many team-building events throughout the year (cookouts, parties, etc.). Leadership truly values people, especially those who are focused on making a difference rather than simply punching a clock. Competitive salaries and the ability to grow personally, performance based increases by individual rather than flat adjustments for everyone based on company's revenue. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

There are some employees in the company who are not motivated or contributing, including some managers. In any company this can be a drain on those who are eager to achieve great things.
