The students are the best.

The application is very lengthy. The training is not great. It is an organization with an unfriendly culture if you are a minority. It is an organization that typically does not hire Minorities and when they do they make them feel uncomfortable or treat them as if they are invisible. Possibly one of the worse places I have ever worked for
