Pros

The collaboration amongst departments to reach a common goal, in conjunction with a professional atmosphere of empowering all employees leads to great teamwork. In addition, the college offers an exceptional benefit package and fair compensation.

Cons

It is a public institution with an elected Board of Trustees. The workplace has become a political arena that, at times, has led to unrest throughout the top administrators.
