Pros

Great people and great work environment. They really work with the students they have to fit your class time with work time.

Cons

Depends on the department and how much your manager likes you. I saw other students get hired on to full time positions that had been working at RVC less then I had.

Pros

* College has been updating the classrooms, building new buildings and renovating the old ones. * Most science classrooms have up-to-date audiovisual equipment. * Knowledgeable, dedicated teaching staff. * Great adjunct training program.

Cons

* RVC has an adjunct training program which allows instructors to update their teaching methods to those comparable with today's student however there was a lack of feedback from administration.
