      Pros

      People are awesome. Everyone so far has been really proactive to help. I have freedom to take more and own it and also to talk to leaders to adjust load when necessary. I can bring up ideas and execute when appropriate.

      I don't have anything at the moment. I come, do my job, people are great and the product is really cool.

      Favoritism runs rampant from the top to the bottom. Super toxic work culture where depts are actively blaming and bad mouthing each other. Constant changes to structure, management, and compensation. Raises are non existent and promotions only happen if you're in with the right people regardless of how long youve been there or how much you contribute.
