      Pros

      The company culture is both positive and easygoing, creating a highly collaborative environment. I've found the team to be committed to the company's values and goals, and colleagues are genuinely approachable. The salary and benefits package is also competitive, making this a good place to work with an international team.

      Cons

      High number of meetings, and a low culture of asynchronous communication. This, combined with the need for broad cross-functional alignment on every decision, often slows down progress. Also, product analytics maturity level needs to be improved to allow more data driven opportunities approach in product development.
