I can't think of any...

Cons

Toxic management. The CEO is high a conflict, arrogant, and entitled bully. With few exceptions, people who kiss up to him generally move into high level management. The company changes direction pretty much daily. Very negative environment. Low salaries for anyone not in management, and people who make "too much" money are pushed out through bullying and/or layoffs.

It's amazing they're still in business

Pros

Seems like a decent place to start a sales career. Beyond that not a lot of real positives, other than the mission, which is noble... And the product which is much needed, were it not a total scam.

Cons

A total institutional lack of respect, and a CEO who thinks the Steve Jobs biography is a how to manual. Also, the freemium business model is a mistake. They could run legal zoom out of the water if they got smart about pricing.
