Pros
This is a good company to kick start your career in a industry, but not to stay in it to long. A good thing to stick on your resume
Cons
Do not expect to get paid anywhere near industry standard. Raises are nothing, and promotions barely get any bump in raise. They overwork and pile on so many projects, you aren't just a instructional designer your more of a graphic artist, audio engineer, e-learning specialist, video creator, and instructional designer all in one without any of the pay. Seriously I made WAY less then $60,000, (some of the senior instructional designer made less then that) this isn't a good long term job you will burn out so fast. I witnessed so many mental health leaves (with no pay) on several coworkers just because they couldn't keep up. Good resume builder, not so healthy job.
