Pros

This is a good company to kick start your career in a industry, but not to stay in it to long. A good thing to stick on your resume

Cons

Do not expect to get paid anywhere near industry standard. Raises are nothing, and promotions barely get any bump in raise. They overwork and pile on so many projects, you aren't just a instructional designer your more of a graphic artist, audio engineer, e-learning specialist, video creator, and instructional designer all in one without any of the pay. Seriously I made WAY less then $60,000, (some of the senior instructional designer made less then that) this isn't a good long term job you will burn out so fast. I witnessed so many mental health leaves (with no pay) on several coworkers just because they couldn't keep up. Good resume builder, not so healthy job.

Pros

The company has a great a great training experience to get you well versed in the world of sales and mortgages. There is opportunity for professional growth. The people you get to work with are wonderful (hit or miss on superiors) The benefits are amazing. Always focused on innovation in the mortgage world.

Cons

Overworked. 60-80 hour weeks are the norm. Incentive goals are too high, which directly affect your pay as majority of the money will be made on commission. If you want to take a day off, you will get asked why and SOMETIMES advised against it. I’ve also had to ask to use the restroom… Your superiors will use sales/corporate jargon to cover up reality and convince you everything is fine.

Pros

- Good diversity initiatives - Paid time off/benefits

Cons

- Hire 300 people and only expect 30 to stay after 4 months - Stuck with bad leaders that make your day to day unbearable - Promoted people in positions they are not qualified for - Defensive when feedback is provided - 80 hr work weeks and don't encourage people to use vacation time
