Welcoming and collaborative company culture; outcomes-oriented while staying engaged personally with individual students, employees, and alumni; great faculty support in certain majors; and excellent executive and administrative support from the top down; allowance for departmental initiatives and creativity.

Cons

Challenge to meet all outcomes expectations with available staff; student expectations about jobs, internships, and placements are not in line with the functions of outreach & engagement programs.

Very family friendly work environment. The benefits as well as time off provided were fantastic.

Cons

The upper echelons of RWU are very male dominated and sometimes very sexist, especially athletics.

Overall this was a good experience with competitive pay. They tend to promote from within and have good management and administration.

Cons

The company had a vertical structure that was not what I was looking for which led me to leave to company eventually.
