Frustrating adjunct teaching experience

Decent pay, supportive administration within the department, excellent co-adjunct teachers.

Cons

Didn't know if teaching until literally days before a semester were to start. Very low communication between full timers and adjunct. Generally low respect from full time faculty towards adjunct faculty.

RWU has the best college food service and the most beautiful campus. There are wonderful faculty and very supportive staff members and an incredible number of majors.

Cons

However, upper administration provided no recognition or support for staff. Salaries are not competitive and there is a lack of domestic diversity among the staff, faculty, and student body.
