Pros

Great co-workers and loved working with the patients. Decent grounds and facility. I believe in what is taught and presented to the patients. I believe in my co-workers. They are some of the kindest, dedicated, and most compassionate people I've ever known.

Cons

Don't ever get sick. You will be punished and eventually fired, even with FMLA. They find a way. They treat their employees like trash, disposable and inhumane. No room for advancement. Will hire eternally even if an employee fits the needs and wants of the job requirement. Seen it done many times. It was my dream job and ended as a nightmare. I am heartbroken.

New management nursing, unjustified terminations/dishonesty/ primarily hires new nursing grads@ very low wages,and eliminates those at top pay scale

Pros

Co-workers are supportive in most cases. The facility is beautiful. Most of the time you can find help with a problem from another co-worker

Cons

HR is terrible. Very unprofessional and get things messed up and blame the employee. Management does not take personal life of employee's into consideration, all they want is the hours covered. High turnover rate and training is terrible. You are better off jumping in on your own and hoping for the best. They expect 100% loyalty but give none in return. Pay is terrible for the amount of work and stress for this position. Can make the same as at Kohl's as a cashier.
