      Positive disruptor in the advertising and ecommerce industry

      Pros

      Lots of passion in the business, attracting great talent with a wealth of experience and putting more focus on investing in employees. Great opportunities to collaborate and learn with teams meeting up multiple times a year across the globe. Transparent with what's going on in the business with company-wide updates via multiple communication channels. Regular video conferences between departments or as a whole company. Progressive martech that can help ecommerce brands can solve business problems with the customer at the centre and enables advertisers to acquire new customers at scale and with consent. Staff should be proud to work for a company that has these values and the technology and colleagues to deliver on it.

      Cons

      Start-up culture can often be full-on and fast paced with staff having to go above and beyond. Work hard and play hard, some might say. There are challenges with time zones and some personal sacrifices occur with travel between countries. Keep the fun culture, but work smarter and also support a better work-life balance and well-being.

      Great culture, fun environment. Extremely smart and sharp people.

      Have ambitious growth goals - need to give their employees more management and better training on how to achieve.

We do have ambitious growth goals, but we also care about people accessing the training they need or want to develop as professionals. We have a training policy that allows all staff a generous amount for any relevant external training you and your manager think will be of benefit to you. This is to encourage all our staff to keep their own development top of mind and ensure growth throughout their ROKT lives - we hope you'll enjoy taking advantage of this. Of course, this should be done in conjunction with day-to-day coaching from your manager, and we work closely with our people managers to ensure that this is being done. Thank you for your review!

      Fast-paced, dynamic & exciting

      Pros

      Passionate team, global business, unique product, amazing growth. Highly recommend. Being part of a start-up in their growth phase is a very fun experience. It creates a really close team "in it together" culture which is rewarding to be part of. When a goal is kicked, everyone shares in the celebration. When something is hard to crack, everyone puts their hand up to help. That makes for a great place to work in my opinion.

      Cons

      Growing so fast, across so many markets has created growing pains. But the management team are committed to listening to staff input on how to improve things. I had a situation where I felt a process was very poor, so I put forward a solution - it was very well received and adjustments were made.
