Pros

I have only been at Roofstock for a few weeks now but am loving my time here! This is my 5th startup and my favorite for so many reasons, from the team, the culture, the energy and the dog-friendliness, to the great team support, work-life balance, team morale and ethic. The founders are amazing people and truly want you to succeed. I plan to stay here for a LONG time!

* Solid group of people, looking out for each other and focused on success. * Continual technical challenges, never a dull moment, rewarding to see the positive results of all our hard work these past few years. * Dedicated leadership team with a clear vision of where the company is headed and how to get us there. Communicates effectively despite recent rapid growth. * Great benefits and flexible schedule, but like all startups, flexibility goes both ways, so be ready for long hours from time to time.

Cons

* Still working on building out a better development process after recent rapid growth, but starting to smooth out. * Cramped quarters but we will be moving to a larger office in a few weeks which should alleviate that.
