Pros

So impressed with this company! Really great people, exciting work, and wonderful teamwork and collaboration. Feels like a warm and fuzzy family, not a dysfunctional one.

Cons

Can't think of any. It's been a pleasure to show up to work every day.

Cons

- Roofstock is still a small company, moving quickly with changes daily.
