Culture and people are fantastic. In my career, I have worked in many different environments. This is the first Company where I feel like I make a difference and I am empowered to do so. The employees are empowered and behave like this is their Company to make better. People that have left Roofstock are sad to leave the people and culture. People that leave are interested in exercising their options so that they have stake in the Company because they believe in the business opportunity. Management is extremely accessible and care about the employees. Roofstock is putting a Management team in place to create structure for future growth and scalability.

Cons

Start-up environment with a lack of focus sometimes. Several different strategies and pivoting quite often. Structure and focus is needed.
