Pros

Fun and collaborative team members, a product I could get behind,

Cons

Leadership is sketchy. No growth. Company is going under if they haven't already due to poor product decisions from the top down over many years.

Pros

Flexibility with schedule despite needing to often work very late night hours to be available for students in Asian countries.

Cons

Absolutely terrible pay increase over the years. My initial starting pay was considerably more counting inflation. They refused to give pay increases more than once every two years. When I brought up with management, the next pay increase cycle was 25% of what I had received two years. I can't help but assume my asking management to consider pay increases to account for inflation contributed to that decision. This 'pay increase' was so negligible (essentially .25 cent pay increase per hour per year), that after two years working at this new rate, my pay would have been lower than my last pay raise due to inflation. I was given this "pay" increase despite excellent marks without any issues and my 14 years of service. It was incredibly discouraging and I left feeling like my experience and what I was giving the company had been taken advantage of.
