I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We do agree that Rosetta Stone has a great mission and we strive to treat our employees fairly in terms of pay and flexibility. In response to your negative perception of our leadership team, I want to express that the company has evolved rapidly over the last year to ensure we have the appropriate skill sets and experience to support a fast-paced and growing Language and Literacy SaaS business. As we transition our business model and skill sets, we must also transform the functions that support the business. Whether your perception was formed as part of my team or on another team looking in, I ask you to reflect on the dignity, respect and confidentiality we afford all employees as part of any change.
