-Salary/Insurance benefits were decent comparable to most companies that size. -Upper level doesn't micro manage because they are constantly traveling.

Cons

-Poor training structure -Poor communication from HR/upper management -Poor pay for hourly employees -Constantly restructuring regions, districts & management causing instability for employees
