Pros
Patient care is excellent. Most of the nursing and other departmental staff are all about putting patients needs first. They take pride in their work and it shows. Housekeeping is outstanding.
Cons
Management is going to bethe downfall of Roswell. They are nothing but a bunch of egotistical misfits who feel threatened by anyone who can think for himself. If you have a practical, realistic idea, your boss will cast it (and you) aside, then go to a meeting and present your idea as his own. This happens in many departments, not just mine. Management tend to promote "yes men" over qualified people. Disagreements are handled with retaliation. (You're pulled out of a rotating schedule that your whole department works and are put on afternoons for a month straight.) HR doesn't see anything wrong with this.
