      They don’t promote immigrants they fire them

      Nothing is really that good even their pay is no longer competitive

      Cons

      They hide top performers to avoid exposing others lack of. They have 0 minorities (black) people in management and only hire the same people over and over again. It’s white men usually , rarely women but if so they are always white
