      Pros

      There ware some good aspects of working here — the benefits are decent, the company car was a nice perk, and we some great colleagues who made the workday better.

      Cons

      A new direct manager in BC creates a very negative work environment. This manager has basically fired an entire team, causing extreme uncertainty and low morale that extends to other districts including ours. If you’re based in BC, think carefully before joining — you may find yourself looking for another job sooner than expected.
