Store teams were exceptional. Being apart of peoples core memories. Free piercings when nurses needed to be trained.

Cons

Upper Management Toxic Not competitive pay Training was questionable at times depending on how desperate upper management was to get people signed off to make the store money.

Fun non-clinical environment. Nurses can get tips from clients.

Cons

We have to work weekends and many holidays. Upon hiring, it was said that PT nurses are required to work 2 weekend shifts per month- as of now, I have been working 4-5 which is disappointing.

Hours are demanding. Often times would be the only nurse and was expected to pierce, run the floor, answer the phones, and everything else. The company chooses quantity over quality. Uses the same earrings as other competitors
