Pros

There are so many pros about working for Rowan. I am an HQ/corporate employee, but was first a customer of Rowan. My experience as a customer was so impactful that, for 2 years, I kept an eye on job postings for the right fit for me. Once I landed my dream job, I quickly found that the attentiveness, professionalism, and inclusivity I experienced in the studio as a customer extended to the HQ teams as well. Each day I feel supported, empowered, and rarely, if ever, have the Sunday scaries! I have the tools and information I need to perform my job effectively and I find leadership to be very accessible and communicative. Additionally, the overall growth of the company is reassuring during a time when the job market is a bit volatile. I am proud to work for a company that is people first and demonstrates this in tangible ways.

Cons

At this time, I truly cannot think of any cons.

Genuinely Joyful and People First

Pros

This is a company that truly cares about its people. The culture is joyful, collaborative, and supportive, with leadership that invests in development and encourages employees to grow both personally and professionally. It’s a place where ideas are welcomed, and teamwork feels genuine.

Cons

Not a con necessarily. As the company continues to grow quickly, there’s been a lot of change — new structures, evolving priorities, and the kind of fast-paced environment that comes with scaling. At times, it can feel like things are moving quickly, but that’s part of being at a successful organization that’s expanding and improving.
