The pay is insulting for the sheer volume and intensity of work demanded. Management rules through fear, constantly misleads employees, and manipulates the situation to keep compensation low while exploiting every ounce of effort from the team. Working here feels like being treated as nothing more than a disposable tool.

Working at this company felt like being trapped in a circus run by arrogant upper management who were more focused on flexing their power than actually micromanaging and placing blame than supporting the team. The bonus structure? Completely unreliable. The moment we hit our goals, they'd suddenly change the rules to avoid paying out what was promised. CULTURE IS TOXIC. Some of the nurses walked around like they were royalty, full of entitlement, while the rest of us were doing the real work. And somehow, the company kept throwing high salaries at people who had no idea what they were doing. We were so understaffed and overworked that even finding time to use the bathroom became a luxury. It's terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values respect, stability, or sanity.
