If you play the ‘favorites’ game with your boss, you might succeed.

Cons

Former Rowan nurse and manager here! Be prepared to be discriminated against and treated poorly by management. You are looked at as ‘lower level staff’. I worked with corporate for years and nurses were always quitting nationwide because of how poorly they were treated. This goes for corporate and management positions too. You are not valued. Save yourself the time.
