The leadership team (specifically the founder) does not listen to employees. The company culture is very political and fear-based. There is no growth potential and you’re expected to work hard, with little work-life-balance and reward.

Unfortunately the issues with this company start from the very top and trickle down. The higher ups set the tone and fear within the company for employees. They do not respect the opinion of others if it differs from their own (especially the founder) even if what they have to say makes perfect sense for the business, but if it is not their idea than it is seen as being disloyal to the brand. Ego is a big thing and people are viewed as replaceable. When an idea is presented by the higher ups and it is unsuccessful because it was not a reasonable request to begin with it’s the employees fault/ and their idea rather than the idea of corporate who forced it to begin with. Work life balance does not exist- you are overworked and undervalued. Other concerning factors are verifying if nurses are actually licensed, no thorough background checks, not taking accountability when someone has issues with a piercing.
