      Pros

      This is a great school system to choose to work in due to the various size and options for different school locations. The networking for this district is also great. Teachers, staff, and administration really do try to improve the learning environment for students.

      Cons

      Some of the negative points deal with interactions between people that are negative like any other type of situation in life/job.

      Pros

      The pros of working for this school system were that you gain experience in the teaching field. I learned a lot that I would not have otherwise had I not gone through the process.

      Cons

      The school system is very unorganized and lack of efficiency is blamed on the teacher. Students are expected to all take the same exam in order to pass to the following grade and this does not work.

      Commitment to new and emerging uses of technology. District has implemented one to one technology plan for students. District shows commitment to improvement.

      Cons

      Prefers to promote from outside. Little advancement opportunity. The one to one technology initiative remains the chief focus. Little attention shown to the transition to the one to one initiative.
