Conservative, Closed-Minded Leadership Hurts Firm

-Good PTO -Work from home capabilities -Most of the people are friendly and nice to work with
Cons
-Salaries are not competitive -Leadership decisions are made in St. Louis which hurts others offices -There are many people in leadership positions that are not qualified -Very little opportunity for advancement, must wait for years -You won’t get promoted based on work performance (you have to be in the in club and seek out face time with the comp committee members and even then you still might not have a chance) -No maternity or paternity leave -Horrible health insurance -Don’t fully pay for parking -Leadership is closed-minded and conservative and the owners only care about lining their own pockets, so they don’t invest in resources and tools and don’t pay well to keep more money for themselves -They don’t cut the toxic employees - would rather keep these employees than good employees -They are a big company operating like a small business -The decision and approval process is convoluted and moves very slowly -A strict business dress code -Outdated way of thinking, current mindset won’t carry them into the future -If you don’t play the political games you won’t survive here -Leadership has their favorites and they don’t make time for others -Running out of office space for teams to work
