Pros
Good pay and location and meal. They are competing and want people from Google and Facebook so their company can run so they pay higher than what you make at Google/Facebook. This is a way to attract workers so their company can grow and that is why they pay more
Cons
Leetchers coding so copy and paste it They are only nice to employees who come from Google and Facebook and those who graduate from Stanford university. They aren't nice to others who are coming from a different background than what they asked for. It is kind of like a storage start-up company but it seems like there are so many others to compete with and it appears to me that they are copying from other companies or else why would someone some to the storage distribution company rather than going to their direct source such as AWS (Amazon), Azure (Microsoft), VMware, GCP (Google)...think about it! There is a super high work load.
