How many Ruby Slippers can you actually have in New Orleans & surrounding areas?

Pros

At first it was quick money. And only working days was great. The teamwork there also was a plus. If you are good at your job you can move up quickly in this company, but you will not have much of a life other than Ruby Slipper.

Cons

The company itself is killing the servers’ income. While the owners justify why they keep opening locations less than a one mile (or two miles) in New Orleans (a tiny city!) they do not realize what they are doing to their own wait staff. Also you’re working ten hours (plus some times) shifts. When I calculated my tips with my hours, I was only making $10 an hour! And just to let you know it is NON STOP. The busiest place I’ve ever worked.

Getting necessary documentation (healthcare, etc) from HR upon hire takes a few attempts.

You make about $150-200+ a morning. Restaurant is only open from 7am-3pm(sometimes 4pm). Story of the company is lovely!

Management picked favorites and left others with horrible shifts
