Stocked kitchen, Unlimited PTO, Competitive salaries

Cons

Very obvious favoritism, Detached executive team, Leadership fails to mentor and coach, Once all knowledge is gleaned from you and your past experiences, you’re let go. Just look at their employee retention history. A lot of employees let go very near to their 1yr anniversary.

Pros

There is clear direction from supervisors, and everybody I've worked with so far is easy to work with and collaborative. Management seems to care about what others think and incorporate their perspectives into decision making. For a start-up, there's more structure and virtually no chaos that you might expect from a young company. I also fell good about my pay, as well as the level of freedom I get in terms of how to best do my job.

Cons

Nothing jumps out to me.
