Pros

Snacks provided and plants are display around the office. Able to build your skills and show your flexibility in adapting changes throughout your project.

Cons

Grateful for the opportunity, but, there are lots of unrealistic deadline which creates lots of changes on job priority. Received positive review on performance, but realized I was given false hopes for growth.

The office is very nicely decorated, and they have plenty of snacks. Company is growing rapidly.

Cons

While these reviews are lovely, don't make the same mistake I did and believe these reviews. There is absolutely no structure. Managers have no experience. It's a complete millenial company here. There is a huge ageism problem here. This is the place for young people just trying to get experience. Not much room for advancement after that.
