The office has cold brew coffee, but that may not be around once they move to their new offices

Cons

The C-suite of executives treat people very poorly and unethically. In several cases the C-suite executives fired employees for fabricated performance reasons. Most people at the company are now terrified they will be fired too. Moral is very low, and people are generally distrustful of leadership.

It’s very rare that you find a group of such talented, driven, and genuine people working towards a common goal of making an innovative and disruptive product in a dated industry. Everyday presents a new challenge but it is a joy to work alongside the team to tackle these situations. Incredible room to grow

Very few if any cons. High quality output is expected, however mentorship and coaching are very much encouraged.

Amazing start up company who puts their employees first. Lots of room to grow and find your place. Great product that will certainly keep the business growing. Proud to be a part of such a stand up organization.

Cons

Some start up growing pains, but nothing that we haven't been able to get through.
