Pros
- some of my former coworkers were phenomenal. so lovely to work with. - recruiting efforts are really strong in getting top tier talent - rug giveaways are frequent and a great bonus - seemed like marketing was probably a good team to be on (it really varies by department) - if you are a top performer you will continue to have opportunities to move up, however no formal structure in place
Cons
- the company is super disjointed between departments - leadership has made it abundantly clear they do not care about taking care of their employees (tried to eliminate the people team and not tell the rest of us) - leadership is very junior and immature in decision making, truly believes the best course of action is to always sweep things under the rug (no pun intended)
