Great product, toxic leadership

The product is great and the vision to reinvent other home goods is solid, though unproven. There are some smart, hardworking people here.

Cons

The leadership team is extremely inexperienced and immature. There are massive mistakes in strategic direction and a general inability to conduct themselves in a mature way.

- Work is interesting and engaging - Met some wonderful people! - Fun brand to rally around - Flexibility when you need it - Easy to recruit new people

Cons

Ruggable lures people away from high quality jobs by promising generous compensation packages, flexible hours, and opportunity to work on interesting projects. But be prepared to be hazed in your first year and possibly let go (before your equity vests). Ruggable does not treat employees like human beings and its a deep seeded culture issue.

snacks? and some nice events. Cool projects with interesting companies.

Cons

The company is 1-100 designer to marketing person. Marketing people drive teslas, designers can barely afford to live with their salary, especially entry level designer, who get paid half as much as the graphic designers who color correct their designs. It's insanity
