Great group of employees to work with (Fire), Benefits are good. Work schedule is second to none, Ten 24 hour shifts a month (Fire), various opertunities for overtime.

Cons

Lack of direction for growth, management fails at providing adequate services to their customers and the employees, equipment is out dated.

If you hate your life and want to be miserable, this is a great place to work. But seriously, there wasn't anything good about working in dispatch.

Cons

Management was non-existent, except when they would pop-in to ask you to fudge records or other illegal/unethical/ immoral activities. Management also changed the procedures about 3 times a day without informing any of the employees. I finally left when they told us they were bankrupt, closing our office and moving to another city, then they were surprised when I found another job. To top this all off, they never even moved in the first place! Absolutely THE worst communication and management EVER!
