Pros

Nationwide transfer opportunities Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time* (see cons) Free Ambulance Rides The policies change so often you never get bored.

Cons

The chain of command is filled with blurred lines and its members are periodically fired and replaced right before the holiday season. It's entirely too common to receive several amended policies per week regarding a system that has already been in place for years. All employees are expendable, and the culture of the company makes this very clear. Regarding paid sick time: Employees are allowed to call out four times per year. At the fifth call out, the employee is placed on corrective action and is immediately fired at the eighth call out.

Pros

There are no PROS at all about this company. I worked for this company in CO and knew it well while it operated in Maryland and thought it might be better in CO, I was wrong, no different.

Cons

Poor Pay, Horrible Management, Uncaring and Treat employees as they are disposable. If issues are brought up, there are retributions on the employee bringing up issues.
