Pros

It pays ok however that is about it.

Cons

Subpar recruiting firm with a CEO that is disorganized and ineffective. There are a large number of other firms that are worth hiring, this one not so much.

Pros

They really do care about their people and want to them to succeed and will give them the tools to do so and keep growing and they want you too the whole team is very inventing and caring about each other it really feels like s family in the office everyone is willing to help each other out

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start and it is hard work but there are plenty of people that have the experience that are more then willing to help you so that you can grow and show you want you need to do to succeed
