Recruiter @ RHA

Pros

The company offers free recruiting classes and the new hire training is some of the best in the industry. If you’re interested in working as a recruiter, this is the place to do it. I started out here and in the last 3 years I would say I’ve become one of the best recruiters in the state. My success rate is phenomenal and I know it’s because of all the classes they offer here. I’m always brushing up on my techniques.

Cons

No cons really, unless you’re lazy and unmotivated. If you have a lot of self-disclipline there aren’t any downsides to working here.

Pros

Russ Hadick & Associates is a great company to work for! Let me tell you, they check ALL the boxes and I do mean ALL of them. Everything you could want in an employer: Nice managers who are down to earth and treat you like an actual human being Friendly coworkers who don’t mind helping you our and showing you the ropes Transparent pay and raise structure Affordable healthcare benefits that aren’t wildly overpriced A strong sense of purpose and commitment to the company mission Work that is just consistent enough for you to find a good rhythm but not so consistent that it becomes boring and monotonous Personally, I can’t imagine there’s anything else out there that could be missing. Especially if you’re being realistic. If you’re still hoping to become rich on Tik-Tok or something ridiculous, you’re probably not going to like it here. But if you’re the kind of person who’s ready to get serious and realize you want to work someplace you can stay at long-term relatively happily with enough opportunity to move up to keep things interesting, then I can’t recommend this company enough.

Cons

Like I said, anyone working age who still thinks their fortune is just one Tik-Tok video or blog post away is probably not cut out to work in the real world with the rest of us. Good luck struggling with finances your whole life. That’s the only con I can think of, this is a company for realists not idealists.

Fun and fulfilling

Pros

Fun job you don’t take home with you! If you do this right and listen to leadership, this is a great job you can make good money at. Beautiful office and really nice people. This is a growing company so sometimes you have to wear multiple hats, but that’s NORMAL… it’s called work. In my opinion, the negative reviews scream “entitled brats who don’t know the meaning of hard work.”

Cons

Don’t even bother applying if you don’t have a strong work ethic.
