A good little boost to your resume if that’s what you’re looking for. RH&A is a great company, but it isn’t for everyone. After a year of trying to make it work, I realized that I didn’t exactly fit in with the company culture. It happens. It’s not a shot against the agency itself. I wanted it to work because it’s such a great agency to work for. So if you fit in, I imagine it’ll be a highly rewarding career move.

New recruits will receive world class training. Senior staffers will receive ongoing training to keep their skills up to snuff. Everyone who works here has a professional demeanor. There’s a heavy emphasis on working in teams. I’ve found that everyone wants to see you succeed and you’ll be given all the tools and resources you’ll need to do your job. Whether or not you succeed is completely contingent on your work ethic.
