Way overworked and barely supported. Holidays mean 6-day weeks with blackout dates so you can’t even request time off. Sick time gets questioned like you’re faking it and they want a same-day doctor’s note. They talk about integrity but push you to hide or downplay promos just to make more money off customers. Constant pressure even when the store is dead. No control over traffic but still expected to hit unrealistic numbers.

Constant high pressure for sales. Constant documentation, reports. Constant change for our commission and KPIs with no heads up changes on a dime. Expected to pivot with any changes the day of with hardly any support. Juat a few zoom meeting that we have to some how get on when being alone in the store or with customers.
