Excellent Educational Benefits Good Docs, especially Orthopedists OK benefits If you are part-time, you can have a decent schedule

Cons

Becoming very corporate Small community hospital--- lots of drug and obesity related chronic patients Management constantly changing, but changes are superficial No help with vacation scheduling. You must find your own coverage.

Insurance, dental, flex hours, tuition reimbursement

Cons

Poor communication, managers play favorites, employees do not trust leadership, no chance at advancement unless you are the boss's pet, no respect for senority, no job security, managers do not address issues, bosses are petty and vindictive and threaten staff.. Human Resources does not protect staff only management. No loyalty.
