Fair pay, incentive to perform well is there, workload is intense depending on your shop location, management team is fair and inclusive.

Cons

Workload is intense, compensation is above market but you will be avoided for promotion if you are too useful in your current role

Really depends on where you’re working. The job gives you a good foundation of job skills in general when actually entering the workforce, regardless of whether or not this employer ends up being a long term thing. Some locations allow for overtime, so you not only have a good base salary for an entry level job, but have potential to make more if you’re interested in putting in the work. Coworkers were all hard working individuals.

Cons

Depending on where you work, you have to be willing to accept any shift on a 24/7 basis. I had both good management and poor management throughout my time there, all the luck of the draw.
