      -Fast paced, day goes by quick -Weekly paycheck

      Cons

      -No support from upper management even after begging for help/support -No training, you are basically doing front end customer service (answering phones, scheduling PMs and you WONT have time to do any online training because of how stressful and busy it gets -Work LONG hours and even have to come in on Saturdays on some weeks -High turnover especially in the management position, I had 4 different Operations Managers in a year and a half span I worked there -Unsafe, so many safety and OSHA violations that were not taken care of inside the shop
