      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Lots of opportunity for growth. You have the opportunity to work directly with upper level management. Have the opportunity to work with smart people. Many people work there more than 15 years.

      Cons

      Long hours and poor work life balance. Starting PTO is limited to two weeks. Computer systems are out of date.

      Pros

      Good stocks! Somewhat of an opportunity to advance for employees other than drivers. Good accounts are handled via transportation services division. Shame management is not apt to vie on the side of the employees rather than customers.

      Cons

      Mid grade pay, difficult customers. If an account closes and there are not similar regional accounts to place you, you're done. If you transfer, you start again at the bottom of seniority.

      Easy job that pays well; can make a lot of money without much effort depending on the market you are in

      Cons

      Can get caught up in too much operational stuff to actually be out on the streets selling; frequent changes in commission structure cause it to be difficult to keep track of what you should actually be paid
