Pros

The benefits are excellent. They really do offer some of the best health insurance options. The pay in general seems to be above average in comparison to similar roles in the South Florida area. There is great emphasis in women in leadership and internal employee inclusion programs.

Cons

Plagued with politics, egos and misalignment to the overall strategy. The under performers are often rewarded based on relationships and not performance. There is much internal conflict within some teams and the fact that leadership is aware of the internal issues, it is poorly addressed if at all. Overall, a good place to work with the potential to be great, if some leaders move out and better ones move in.

Pros

Ryder has good benefits and a friendly and safe work environment. Ryder is also a company you can move up in, if your looking for a industrial career.

Cons

Ryder under paid the forklift drivers, and if you missed any days because you where sick they do not take doctors notes.
