      Pros

      Good benefits once you make it into a management position. Lower grades are less competitive with the local market. A good place to start out if you are young and don't have any commitments.

      Cons

      Very poor work/life balance. Not unusual to be working a 60hr+ week. This Company can take over your life and isn't recommended if you want to balance family commitments. You have to really push for development opportunities as they are often given to the chosen few. Too many people involved in decision making means it's really hard to get anything done.

      Pros

      This location had some really great managers, great co workers, and everyone willing to help each other.

      Cons

      Management allowed too much drama in the work place, while aware of it, they didn't do anything about it. It made going to work stressful.
